Tiny Tigers

Junior Tigers

Ages 14-17
Teens

Adult Class
All Levels Welcome

Tailored training based on individual goals, whether it's fitness, self-defense, competition, or personal development.

Sparring
Optional specialized training with controlled contact.

Real Contact Training
Sparring classes focus on real contact training with controlled techniques and protective gear. Students apply their skills in dynamic exchanges, improving agility, timing, and strategic thinking.
This specialized training combines drilling with real scenarios, preparing students for self-defense scenarios and competitive sparring.
